1 Introduction & Agreement

22 WC (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 22 WC and its users (hereinafter "members" or "you"). • Date of birth (required to verify you are 18+).
• Password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers).

KYC Verification

Under these Terms & Conditions, 22 WC reserves the right to verify a member's identity prior to withdrawal or for transactions above a specified amount. The KYC process may require a National ID, passport, or driving licence.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Under the 22 WC Terms & Conditions, all financial transactions are processed securely and transparently. Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Only deposits made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name are accepted.
• Payments made in a third party's name or on their behalf are not accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Average processing time: 18 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

22 WC regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are consistent with these Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Withdrawals can only be made from the real balance before wagering requirements are met.
• 22 WC reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

There are certain core rules that must be followed when betting and gaming on 22 WC. These Terms & Conditions apply to every game and betting market on the platform.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Bets must be placed before the event starts or within the designated time during in-play.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 22 WC reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Gaming Rules

• All games are operated using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• If match-fixing or result manipulation is proven, the account will be permanently closed.
• If a game session is interrupted due to network issues, 22 WC will determine the outcome based on the last saved state.

6 Prohibited Activities

22 WC is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Opening multiple accounts under one person's name (multi-accounting).
• Using multiple identities to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to breach or exploit any security vulnerability on the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other members.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure & Termination

An account may be closed at any time, either at the member's own request or at the discretion of 22 WC.

• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Bonus balances are generally non-refundable.

• Engaging in any prohibited activity.
• Providing false information or failing KYC verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

10 Changes, Disputes & Contact

22 WC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
